Net Profit = Revenue − Cost of Goods Sold − Overhead − Amazon Fees. Amazon Fees are what Amazon itself charges (referral fees, FBA fulfillment fees, storage/subscription fees, etc.) pulled straight from its Finances API -- these never show up as their own QuickBooks expense line since Amazon nets them out before depositing, so they're tracked here separately instead of silently inflating profit. Revenue below is grouped by e-commerce business; overhead is grouped by connected QuickBooks company. Those aren't the same list of names yet (e.g. QuickBooks companies are named Andios/Aaron/CellTech/Ava), so they're shown side by side rather than combined into one profit figure per company.
Real figures come straight from QuickBooks. Where QuickBooks has no COGS entries booked for a company at all, this is estimated from your RefurbWMS inventory's average unit cost × units sold instead — those are marked "Estimated".
Referral fees, FBA fulfillment fees, storage/subscription fees, etc. — pulled directly from each business's Amazon Finances API, not an estimate.
